missingWrote a review on Sept 17awesome tripgreat breakfastfun activitiespoor check-in
Had an awesome trip with friends! The stay was great. We loved visiting the SEALIFE Aquarium and WILDLIFE Sydney Zoo – so much fun. Just a heads up, the breakfast was nice and consistent, but check-in might take a bit longer at peak times.
I faced an issue during check-in where the staff seemed uninterested and it took a while to address my concerns.

Modern, clean, and great breakfast. Wi-Fi was spotty at times, though.

missingWrote a review on Aug 22bathroom inconvenience
Despite the appealing location and view, the hotel fell short in some areas. The room's bathroom setup was frustrating, with a shower curtain that failed to contain water, causing quite a mess. Additionally, encountering issues with internet access was inconvenient, and the process to resolve these took longer than expected. It’s essential to double-check any inclusions in bookings, as misunderstandings around breakfast packages can lead to unwanted charges, particularly for children’s meals.

The amenities were impressive, especially the
water stations throughout the hotel. Our room was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the check-in process was a bit lengthy and felt chaotic at times.

The location is fantastic, just steps from everything touristic. Rooms are decent, offering comfort, though housekeeping was inconsistent during my visit. Staff was polite but not overly engaging. Breakfast options were good, but the no-show service on cleaning was disappointing. Overall, enjoyable yet could use improvements.

The stay was highly satisfactory, with helpful staff who efficiently assisted in my business needs. The room was well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, ample USB charging ports, and a spacious shower. I particularly appreciated the breakfast options, especially the freshly made juice station, which added a delightful touch to my mornings.
Some minor issues with check-in efficiency during peak times.

Fantastic location with friendly staff
I had a wonderful 7-night stay in a Standard Room, where the location was perfect for exploring the city. The proximity to QVB and Chinatown made shopping and dining easy, and I really enjoyed customizing my fruit juice at breakfast each morning. The staff were consistently cheerful and accommodating, which made my experience even better. One area for improvement could be the crispness of the bacon served at breakfast, as it wasn’t to my usual liking.

My stay at Crowne Plaza was pretty enjoyable, filled with some excellent elements and a few quirks. The breakfast each morning stood out with its wide variety. Fresh juice stations and the option to order breakfast instead of a buffet made mornings feel special. The room was spacious with a lovely view, which added a nice touch to my stay. The staff greeted me warmly and made sure my needs were met, especially when I had some requests. I appreciated the sustainability approach with refillable bottles and filtered water throughout. However, check-in took longer than expected, and the reception staff seemed a bit rushed. The shower in my accessible room had a frustrating design, causing unsightly water pooling, which made it a tripping hazard. It also lacked proper cleaning supplies for my coffee cups, which I found inconvenient. Still, I’d definitely return for the location and overall hospitality.
